Interior railings and new landscaping

Despite some rainy weather last week, our various teams continue to make progress towards completion. The landscapers have completed the installation of the individual sprinkler systems and trees have been planted. Fireplace surrounds and interior railings are in place in Building G. Final inspections are being scheduled for Building G with Certificates of Occupancy anticipated by the end of the month. Flooring is complete in Building E and the plumbing trim out has commenced. Trim and interior door installation continues in Building C and the electrical trim out is underway. Countertops have been measured for Building A and the plumbing trim out has started.

The HOA documents are complete and copies have been posted on the Location page of our site. The association will be managed by Toad Property Management.

Phase 2 is underway

Work on the first of the north buildings in the project (Phase 2) has commenced. Excavation is complete on Building D and the crew is prepping to pour the foundation. This second phase of buildings will feature an inverted layout with the living spaces on the top floor.

Progress continues on the southern buildings with Building G nearing completion. Ceiling fans have been hanged and the exterior railings are in place. Installation of interior railings has started. Floor installation continues in Building E. The trim carpenters are hard at work in Building C and the cabinets are in place in Building A.

And then there was a road...

Excavators are back on site this week working on the main road into the site as well as the driveways to each of the buildings. Once the roadways are complete, they will break ground on the first buildings in Phase 2 of the project, Buildings D and F.

Building G saw some detail work start with the installation of the door hardware, shower benches and trim, and light fixtures. Ceiling fans have been delivered and will be installed next week. Countertops have been installed in Building E along with tile backsplashes. Trim and door installation continues in Building C. Drywall inspections have passed in Building A. Painters are finishing up the first round of paint and cabinets are being placed. Bathroom tile has also started in Building A.
