Utilities are in!

With snow appearing more regularly in the forecast, we are excited to announce that the installation of all utility lines is now complete. The plumbers and electricians are working through each building to install boilers and the other major systems in each unit. As they finish and their work inspected, the insulation and drywall teams are following right behind them. Building G even has the first coat of paint complete.

It is exciting to see the continuing progress of our dedicated teams of craftsmen!

Only a few months later...

Construction started late this year following an amazing winter with an above average snow pack that lingered due to a cold and wet spring season. Once all the snow was finally cleared, our crews were hard at work on the first four buildings of Brush Creek Village. Only a few months later, it is really starting to come together. All four buildings are completely dried-in. Plumbers and electricians are diligently working on the rough-ins, and insulation and drywall crews are following right behind them.
