Faucets are in!

The spring weather has taken a small vacation (along with most local families enjoying Spring Break this week). Snow accumulation should be minimal, and we anticipate warm weather to return later in the week to help dry out the site. Heavy machinery is back working on the final grade around each building. Plumbing fixtures are being installed throughout Building G along with the flooring for the stairs. Light fixtures will go in next. Cabinet installation is in process in Building E. The tile is almost finished in Building C and painters have started working in Building A. Progress continues at a fast pace!

Tile, paint, and drywall...

The onset of warmer weather has been invigorating and welcome. (Who's ready for summer adventures?!) Our crews have been hard at work finishing tile in Building G and starting work on Building C. Electrical finishes are scheduled to be installed in Building G next week with plumbing to follow. Building E has its first round of paint complete, and trim will be installed later this month. The drywall team continues to work on Building A with one unit complete.

Bathroom tile is in!

Following a shipping delay, the bathroom tile has finally arrived and crews are working to complete the bathrooms in Building G. Once complete, the electricians will install light fixtures throughout Units 119, 121, and 123. Boilers are being installed in Building E and the drywall crews have completed the texturing. Painters will begin work next week to allow for the trim crews to follow. In Building A, all insulation is in place and passed inspected, and the drywall crew was able to begin work on Unit 105. Exteriors continue to progress with the final delivery of siding material on site.
