Flooring installation begins!

As we get ready to celebrate the New Year, we are starting to see some exciting progress, primarily with the flooring. Installation began in Building G this week and the crew is making swift progress. Doors and other trim elements have been delivered and installation will commence once the flooring is finished. The siding team continues to work hard despite the cold weather with one building almost complete and they will be starting Building C after the holiday. Buildings A and E continue to see forward motion as plumbing and electrical rough-ins are being wrapped up and inspected, paving the way for the insulation and drywall crews to follow.

Progress, inside and out...

Winter is officially here with snow falling last night and more in the forecast as we head into the weekend. Even with the blustery weather, our commited teams are continuing to make progress inside and out. Cabinets are starting to be delivered and installed. For those units with cabinets, flooring has been delivered and preparations are underway to begin installation. Exterior siding is on site and is being hanged. Take a look below!

Utilities are in!

With snow appearing more regularly in the forecast, we are excited to announce that the installation of all utility lines is now complete. The plumbers and electricians are working through each building to install boilers and the other major systems in each unit. As they finish and their work inspected, the insulation and drywall teams are following right behind them. Building G even has the first coat of paint complete.
