Both locals and visitors alike are overjoyed to see the continued snowfall (over 20" in the last 7 days!), but the Brush Creek Village team is even more excited to see garage doors being installed on Building C and exterior railings going in on Building G. The final coat of paint on the trim in Building G is underway and cabinet hardware is in place. Fireplace mantles and closet shelving are also being installed. Drywall texturing is complete in Building E. Flooring installation continues throughout Building C. All rough-in inspections have been passed in Building A and the insulation crew is on site with drywall installation scheduled to start next week. We are thrilled to announce that countertops have been installed in Building G. (And they look beautiful!) Tile installation is scheduled for later this month, and we cannot wait to see the final product. Cabinets have been set in Building C and the flooring crew is on site working through the building. Siding is nearing completion on Building C with crews beginning work on Building E. Everyone continues to make great progress.

The start of 2024 has been a whirlwind with the wrapping up of the holiday season and the onset of a massive storm cycle that dropped over 48 inches of snow in the course of a week. We are all grateful for the moisture, especially after such a dry start to the season, but it does complicate construction slightly. Fortunately, many of our contractors are working indoors with permanent heat in place. The trim crew is on site installing doors and trim through Building G. The siding crew is making great progress on Building C. Drywall inspections were passed in Building C and cabinets will be delivered this week for those units. It is really starting to come together and we look forward to sharing more updates as we progress. Check back soon for more details!
