Countertops and tile in Building B

It has been an exciting month at the project with several great updates. Building B is looking good with all tile installed and countertops in place. Fireplace surrounds are in and the mantles have been hanged. Trim carpenters are on site finishing the installation of interior doors and the remaining trim. Garage doors are scheduled for installation throughout February. Siding is officially complete on Building G. The flooring team is nearly finished and the cabinet crew is close behind them working through the completed units.

Après Holiday Open House

Join us, Tuesday, December 30 from 2:00-5:00 pm for a festive afternoon of mountain views, holiday cheer, and inspired design. Celebrate the season in a move-in-ready home featuring custom furnishings by Covet Living Interiors and sweeping views of Mt Crested Butte. Apres-ski bites and holiday refreshments will be served.

Both newly furnished units will be open for touring along with all other available units. Stop by and pick out your favorite unit while partaking in good company and food.

Fresh Snow!

The snow storm this weekend brought a festive spirit to the entire valley. With more snow in the forecast, excitement continues to grow. Following a restful Thanksgiving break, our teams are rejuvenated and continue to work hard towards completion for the remaining two buildings. Siding is complete on Building B along with boiler installation. Cabinets and interior doors have been delivered and the trim carpenters are scheduled. Drywallers are on site working through Building H.
