Fresh Snow!

The snow storm this weekend brought a festive spirit to the entire valley. With more snow in the forecast, excitement continues to grow. Following a restful Thanksgiving break, our teams are rejuvenated and continue to work hard towards completion for the remaining two buildings. Siding is complete on Building B along with boiler installation. Cabinets and interior doors have been delivered and the trim carpenters are scheduled. Drywallers are on site working through Building H.

More CO's and final roofing

As we settle into off-season, the weather remains relatively warm throughout the day. With the sunny days, our crews continue to make progress on the remaining two buildings, B & H. Buildings D & F are complete, with certificates of occupancy in hand. The final delivery of siding has arrived, which will be one of the finishing touches on the exteriors of Buildings B & H. The last of the roofing has been installed on Building H, making all buildings ready for the upcoming snowy weather. Paint crews have finished the first coat of paint in Building B and the plumbers are on site hanging boilers. Insulation is complete in Building H and the drywallers are scheduled.

CO's and peak fall colors

The hillsides have been absolutely stunning this last week. Each day just gets better and better. Views from each of the balconies are complete show stoppers as we reach peak fall colors.

Despite the constant distraction of the changing leaves, our teams have been charging towards the finish line. Paving is complete and it looks amazing! Certificates of occupancy have been issued for all units in Building D and final deep cleans start today. Prep work has begun for inspections in Building H to start next week.

Drywall installation in Building B is complete and has passed inspection. The paint crew will be onsite next week. Plumbing, mechanical and electrical rough ins are taking place right now in Building H, and the insulation team will start next week. The final delivery of exterior siding has arrived and installation will start next week.
