All units are complete!

It is official, Brush Creek Village is complete! Certificates of Occupancy have been issued for all units in Phase 2, and irrigation and landscaping have been installed. The grass is growing and filling in nicely with the recent rainstorms. There are still a handful of punch list items here and there, but there is no better time than now to schedule a tour. Buildings B and H feature updated kitchen selections, including cream colored cabinets and quartz backsplashes matching the countertops.


All available units will be open for touring this Sunday, August 2, between 1:00-4:00pm. Stop in to see if one of these newly completed units should be your mountain base camp!



 
 
 

Final inspections are on the horizon

The return of snow to the valley has made everyone excited, but we are thrilled to announce that final inspections are on the horizon for Building B. The electrical and plumbing trim outs are complete and the final inspections for each have been scheduled. Garage doors are currently being installed. Appliances will be arriving April 7 and shower glass is scheduled for installation on April 9. Depending on the weather, landscape and irrigation crews are scheduled for the end of April to complete all of the north side landscaping.


The team is also making significant progress on Building H. Tile installation is complete and countertops are in. The plumbing trim out is also complete and the electricians are scheduled. Fireplace surrounds and mantles are in place, and the painters are working to finish the trim painting.

Trim outs are complete

The warmer weather this season has allowed some of our crews to move more quickly than anticipated. The plumbing trim out is complete in Building B. Electricians are on site working through each unit installing light fixtures and completing other trim details. Once the electricians are finished, final inspections for each will be scheduled. The painters have finished the painting of the trim and are following the electricians with final paint on the walls. Building H is also seeing significant progress with cabinet installation complete and trim carpenters nearly finished. The tile crew is also wrapping up with the bathrooms. Countertops and backsplashes are scheduled for installation next week and the painters will transition to Building H as soon as the trim carpenters are finished.
