The warmer weather this season has allowed some of our crews to move more quickly than anticipated. The plumbing trim out is complete in Building B with final plumbing inspections scheduled to take place next week. Electricians are on site working through each unit installing light fixtures and completing other trim details. The painters have finished the painting of the trim and are following the electricians with final paint on the walls. Building H is also seeing significant progress with cabinet installation complete and trim carpenters nearly finished. The tile crew is also wrapping up with the bathrooms. Countertops and backsplashes are scheduled for installation next week and the painters will transition to Building H as soon as the trim carpenters are finished.
