Phase 2 Units available!

The summer season is upon us with the warm weather arriving in full force along with the summer visitors. While we are all adjusting to bustling pace of town, we are excited to announce that the first units of Phase 2 are now available. With tile, light fixtures and faucets in place, Building D is starting to look sharp. Appliances will be arriving in the beginning of July, setting us up for completion later this summer. Building F is close behind with cabinets installed and countertops on the way. Meanwhile, the framers continue to diligently work on Buildings B & H.

We will be hosting an open house at Unit 108 on Tuesday, June 24, between 11:00am and 1:00pm. Please feel free to stop by and see the views in person.

Rainy days, tile and light fixtures

While it has been a rainy start to the summer season, progress continues on the interiors of the units in Phase 2 of Brush Creek Village. Building D is really starting to shine with the installation of most light fixtures and the start of tiling throughout. The plumbers are scheduled to start the plumbing trim out as soon as the tile is complete. Building F is not far behind with the paint and flooring finished and the trim carpenters on site. The framing crews remain hard at work on Buildings B and H. Building B has doors and windows in place and is prepping for the roof installation, while the second floor has been framed in on Building H. It is exciting to see it all come together!

Early runoff, framing progress, and new foundations

The sunny, warm weather last week brought river levels up as the mountain snow pack began melting fast. While the main runoff season is still a few weeks away, the river put-ins were busy throughout the weekend. This morning finds us back in the snow with blustery conditions blowing back through the valley. Our crews remain hard at work and making significant progress on Phase 2. The last foundation (Building H) was poured last week and framing crews are on site diligently working on Building B. The second floor of Building B will be in place by the end of the week. The exteriors of Buildings D & F are nearly complete with the siding crew wrapping up this week. Balcony railings are being fabricated and installed. Cabinets were delivered last week for Building D and are undergoing installation. The trim carpenters are also nearing completion with the trim and door installation. Drywall is almost finished in Building F and the painters will be following closely to start the first coat of paint. Progress for Buildings D and F remain on track for completion this summer.
