Early runoff, framing progress, and new foundations

The sunny, warm weather last week brought river levels up as the mountain snow pack began melting fast. While the main runoff season is still a few weeks away, the river put-ins were busy throughout the weekend. This morning finds us back in the snow with blustery conditions blowing back through the valley. Our crews remain hard at work and making significant progress on Phase 2. The last foundation (Building H) was poured last week and framing crews are on site diligently working on Building B. The second floor of Building B will be in place by the end of the week. The exteriors of Buildings D & F are nearly complete with the siding crew wrapping up this week. Balcony railings are being fabricated and installed. Cabinets were delivered last week for Building D and are undergoing installation. The trim carpenters are also nearing completion with the trim and door installation. Drywall is almost finished in Building F and the painters will be following closely to start the first coat of paint. Progress for Buildings D and F remain on track for completion this summer.

Fresh snow and flooring...

A new storm cycle is passing through the valley this week and while it is mostly blustery, we are grateful to see some accumulation. (Here's hoping for more snow to wrap up the ski season and to setup a great summer!) It has been a busy month at Brush Creek Village with the last four-bedroom unit in Phase 1 closing and the remaining three-bedroom units going under contract in the last week. With sales in Phase 1 concluding, we can shift our full focus to Phase 2. Progress continues in the first two buildings, Buildings D and F. Flooring is being installed in Building D and the interior railings are being fabricated and installed. Interior doors are on site and being prepped for installation. Cabinets are scheduled to be delivered later this month. Insulation is being installed throughout Building F with drywallers scheduled to start next week. Framing for the last two buildings, Buildings B and H, will commence in April (weather dependent).

Phase 1 Complete...

And Phase 2 is coming along nicely! All units in Phase 1 have obtained their Certificates of Occupancy and the remaining two units (103 & 109) are undergoing outstanding punchlist items in preparation for their final cleans. It has been exciting to watch new owners settling in and enjoying the community.

The first two buildings of Phase 2, Buildings D and F, are well underway. Building D has all drywall in place, and painters are on site following the drywallers as they wrap up texturing. Building F has been roughed in with both plumbing and electrical, and insulation is being installed. Despite that last round of snow, the various teams have been able to maintain a solid pace as they work toward completion.
