CO's and peak fall colors

The hillsides have been absolutely stunning this last week. Each day just gets better and better. Views from each of the balconies are complete show stoppers as we reach peak fall colors.

Despite the constant distraction of the changing leaves, our teams have been charging towards the finish line. Paving is complete and it looks amazing! Certificates of occupancy have been issued for all units in Building D and final deep cleans start today. Prep work has begun for inspections in Building H to start next week.

Drywall installation in Building B is complete and has passed inspection. The paint crew will be onsite next week. Plumbing, mechanical and electrical rough ins are taking place right now in Building H, and the insulation team will start next week. The final delivery of exterior siding has arrived and installation will start next week.

Fall weather and final inspections

With the stormy weather this last week, it is safe to say that fall has arrived. The leaves are only beginning to change, but there is certainly excitement in the air for the peak colors to arrive.

Progress continues at the project with paving operations beginning this week. Once complete, the main roadway and all individual driveways will be paved. Final inspections are wrapping up in Building D as the finishing touches, like shower glass and mirrors, are being installed. Appliances for Building F are scheduled for delivery this week, and the electricians are on site completing the trim out. Stair installation will begin next week. Insulation inspections have passed in Building B and the drywall crew has started work in Unit 106. Building H is also moving right along with plumbers hard at work on the rough ins.

Appliances are in!

Things are starting to look more polished around Building D with the recent arrival and installation of all the appliances and the fireplace surrounds. All Phase 2 units feature a wine cooler, offering additional beverage storage. Stair treads are scheduled to go in this week and shower glass will be installed as soon as it is out of production. If you haven't seen the updated kitchen layout for the 3-bedroom units, be sure to take a look!

Light fixtures are in place in Building F and the tile crew is on site working through the bathrooms. Railings are also being installed in Building F. Framers continue to work diligently on Buildings B and H. Building H now has windows and doors, and Building B is prepped for roofing. Rough ins are also underway in Building B. As well, we are excited to announce that paving of all driveways and the main roadway will commence in September 2025.
