Building G is complete

Our entire team is overjoyed to announce that Building G is complete. The finishing touches (shower doors, mirrors, toilet paper holders, and towel hooks) have been installed and Certificates of Occupancy have been provided. Building C is following closely and all units have already passed final plumbing and electrical inspections. Stair treads arrived this week and once in place, interior railings can be installed. Appliances were delivered to Building E this week and installation is underway. The tile crew is back at work in Building A and the flooring installation continues. The landscapers continue to work on the last of the trees and other planting. Remaining work on the roadway is in process.

Grass seed is going in

The entire project is looking more complete as grass seed was installed behind Buildings G & E. Weather permitting, the landscapers will return tomorrow to seed behind Buildings C & A. Building G has passed all its final inspections and shower glass is scheduled to go in this week along with other outstanding final touches (mirrors, toilet paper holders, and towel hooks). Garage doors are tentatively scheduled to be installed in Building E next week. Trim has also been painted in Building E and interior railings are being installed. Final plumbing and electrical inspections are being scheduled for Building C and all units will be measured for shower glass this week. The tile crew is back on site to install kitchen backsplashes in Building A and the electrical trim out is underway.

Final touchups and inspections

The continuing rainy weather is making the wildflowers happy and keeping us safe from wildfires. Our crews are excited to announce that Building G has passed its final plumbing and electrical inspections as well as air tests. Remaining inspections are being scheduled to obtain our Certificates of Occupancy. Large strides are being made in Building E with plumbing trim out complete and the electrical trim out in process. Appliances for Building C were delivered and are in the process of being installed. The units are also being prepped for final paint. Countertops have been installed in Building A and work on the plumbing continues.
