Certificates of Occupancy for Building C

Welcome to the Labor Day weekend edition of our Brush Creek Village update! With the sunshine returning this week, the holiday visitors are ecstatic to be on the trails minus a raincoat. Our team is also excited to announce that Certificates of Occupancy have been issued in Building C. While we have some finishing touches to complete, we are getting closer to wrapping up those units for the eagerly awaiting buyers. Progress continues in Building E with two garage doors in place and the final to be installed next week. The plumbing trim out is underway in Building A and trim carpenters are working through the units. The landscapers are wrapping up work behind Buildings A & C and have installed the required gravel surrounds for each building.

Stair treads and garage doors

The cool weather has returned with a week long storm cycle making the whole valley greener (and happier!). Stair treads have been installed in Building C, bringing it one step closer to completion. Interior railings are being fabricated and will be installed at the start of next week along with the fireplace surrounds and shower glass doors. Once the railings are in place, final inspections for the Certificates of Occupancy will be scheduled. Garage door installation commenced in Building E and bathrooms have been measured for shower door glass. Flooring installation in Building A will be finished next week and the trim carpenters will follow to install trim and hang doors.

Building G is complete

Our entire team is overjoyed to announce that Building G is complete. The finishing touches (shower doors, mirrors, toilet paper holders, and towel hooks) have been installed and Certificates of Occupancy have been provided. Building C is following closely and all units have already passed final plumbing and electrical inspections. Stair treads arrived this week and once in place, interior railings can be installed. Appliances were delivered to Building E this week and installation is underway. The tile crew is back at work in Building A and the flooring installation continues. The landscapers continue to work on the last of the trees and other planting. Remaining work on the roadway is in process.
