Final inspections are on the horizon

The return of snow to the valley has made everyone excited, but we are thrilled to announce that final inspections are on the horizon for Building B. The electrical and plumbing trim outs are complete and the final inspections for each have been scheduled. Garage doors are currently being installed. Appliances will be arriving April 7 and shower glass is scheduled for installation on April 9. Depending on the weather, landscape and irrigation crews are scheduled for the end of April to complete all of the north side landscaping.

The team is also making significant progress on Building H. Tile installation is complete and countertops are in. The plumbing trim out is also complete and the electricians are scheduled. Fireplace surrounds and mantles are in place, and the painters are working to finish the trim painting.
